My recent visit was very frustrating. I scheduled an oil change on a Saturday during which, I expressed to the service rep that I was smelling exhaust fumes in the cabin when running the HVAC. When the service was complete, he explained that I would need schedule a diagnosis of my exhaust system because only technicians qualified in oil changes were available on Satudays. Very efficient and professional
I have lost complete trust in the service department. I purchased my 2020 from Chevrolet dealer in Waldorf and have always had my vehicle serviced with them. On October 18th I brought my vehicle in to have an oil change and for the breaks to be checked because of a squeak. I was told I needed to replace the brake pads for the front and back only and something to do with the rear tire well. I was quoted something like 1400 to fix this issue.
