We were told our Audi could be serviced on Saturday and when I dropped the car off I was informed that they could not do the work until Monday and that whomever communicated the Saturday service capability was incorrect. I received no apologies and was simply informed that someone miscommunicated. My appointment ended up to be longer than I was thinking, but everyone was so helpful to make sure I had a shuttle driver; he was very kind and efficient with my drop-off and my pickup times. The very best experience was with Nora, the supervisor. Nora was so competent and confident. She was very kind to me and made sure that I had shuttle service and most importantly that I was correctly billed for the services that I received.
