I will keep this short and to the point. I brought my new vehicle here to fix a tire that was making a strange noise around 60 miles per hour. Gregory (service tech) was not helpful and neither was his shop foreman. These guys waere very dismissive and developed an attitude when I challenged them with my issue. Unfortunately, I have yet to have a positive experience with Union Park GMC Service. They N E V E R answer the phone, or return calls from voicemails. They also don't call with updates on when your car is being serviced or when service is complete. It is literally impossible to get in touch with anyone. Additionally, more than once an advisor has tried to charge me for warranty work or work regarding recalls. Poor service, I had an 8:30am appointment, at 10:40am I asked how much longer for my car to be ready, the advisor said "I think there's still one car ahead of yours " another advisor stand up and offer go and check, he comes back and said "give us another 40-45min to do the oil change " I said NO just give me my keys. He offered me a $100 gift card which I denied . I'm not comng back at all, almost 3hrs waiting for nothing. Then I look at dashboard and they did restarted. Why?? If they didn't even get the oil change done!!
