Service advisor should NOT tell customers that we should schedule earlier appointments if we need to leave to get to work, after seeing my vehicle completed sitting out front. I’m sorry I have to have my appointment at 730 because my son gets on bus at 7 and I have to work 9-6. So please tell me what time I need to make my next appointment so I don’t RUSH you.
