No es el servicio que se espera como cliente y consumidor de la marca Toyota creo que les falta capacitación en empatía, cordialidad, y vocación al trabajo que allí hacen no estoy refiriéndome solo de uno del equipo de el departamento de servicios es en casi todos hasta en la gerencia y creo que allí radica la debilidad o la experiencia no tan grata al estar en tal departamento.
