I’ve brought all my vehicles here for service the past 4 years. All technician’s are very knowledgeable and skillful, especially with my German made vehicles. Dave the service manager, has been on point with scheduling my vehicles, extra fair with pricing and transparent with everything. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
This year, I've had 3 cars inspected here and tires mounted on one of those cars. As someone who does most of their own work on their cars, I've been happy with the crew at Thrifty. I typically take advantage of late night drop off and the car was always ready the next day. I would get a phone call from them when the car was done. They have been straight-forward with what work needs done right-away, what will need to be done before next inspection and things to look out for. I was completely mislead and tricked by car sales. I know im young, a female, don't know much about cars, and I was desperate for a car but I feel like they totally took advantage of me and my situation. They went through the paper work way to fast and did not explain much especially the warranties and etc. That I wasn't require to have it, maybe that was my fault.
