Last time I did oil change at subaru dealership. Oil change and two filers cost $ 360.00 No more this bullshit! Who say pricey but quality??? What quality, the same oil change in pep boys, or volvoline around $ 120.00-130.00. Hundred backs 100.00 filter? 88.00 filter air filter bullshit!

Might be one of the worst service departments I’ve encountered. I waited two hours yesterday just for the guy to tell me, after I came to him, that they can’t locate the part i needed. Never checked my brakes when asked to run tests and I left without a detailed printout. So frustrating!
Service is pricey but the work is quality.
I’ve been taking my car her for 6 years. I’ve always had decent experiences but this last service exceeded my expectations. The level of professionalism and expertise provided from the service team assures my car is being serviced at the highest level. Jorge and Tyler are great, informative and provide a level of customer service that warrants always bringing my car here for any concerns or simple services. Thank you for going above and beyond.
