beware!!! Avoid this service station. I have had nothing but terrible service to my car . I have been there 4 x and this will be the last. They are fraudulent. They do NOT perform their inspections accurately and then document showing completely inaccurate information. They are all about the money and not the customer. I Will NEVER go back. the first time i went there , my battery was critically low needed to be changed ASAP, that was in 2020, i still have the same battery 2025. I re-leased with this dealer over the weekend and Kenny provided excellent customer service. I knew exactly what i wanted and how much i was able to pay and Kenny went above and beyond to work with my budget, didn’t waste my time playing games and streamlined the process so most of the work was done over the phone. Amanda always take care of me with professionalism and at the same time is really down to earth. She exceeds my expectations without even trying, she is very knowledgeable and explains everything perfectly that I have no questions after that. It's like she was born to be in the position that she's in. If she left I would follow her just because of how she treats me.
