Dave was fantastic as always ! I love servicing here everyone is friendly and pleasant and very good at explaining things.
Service department is top-notch. Kevin Manning is the service manager and he is fantastic. He gives you the straight poop every time.
The service department was terrible. My appointment was for 11 am and my car didn’t get taken until 12. I have to drive 45 minutes to get here and had work at 1 pm which is 30 minutes away. Therefore I was late for work because they couldn’t stick to the agreed time of when to do my car.
Stay away from their service center. I took my 2 year old electric car for a yearly check and it came back with a scratch on the hub cap and under the car and a small hole in one of the tires. And whole minor, they also said they refilled the washer fluid and had not done so. When called they refused to take responsibility and said I must have hit my car on a curb.
