Bought our new 2023 Pathfinder here. Have since had the front end camera collision system replaced three times in the past three years at $3K a pop with zero loyalty discount offered. Westborough Nissan is making a killing on this repair that only takes them a couple hours with zero regard to customer loyalty. We will never go here again to buy or service our vehicle. Good luck at Westborough Nissan.

Very pleased with service. I won't take my car anywhere else. Service Advisor Kevin kept me informed, as did the service technician, Ervin, with a video after he examined the car. Everything was thoroughly explained. Comfortable waiting area, complementary coffee.
