Great professional staff! Easy buying experience.
We were disappointed that our third free oil change (an incentive for buying the vehicle from Roberts Ford) had expired and we were not told until after the car was serviced. We receive emails from the dealership all the time, but not one of them ever told us our "oil change incentive" was expiring. An email like that would be good customer service.
We got a oil change and a part ordered. Everyone was very nice and quick.we love over new truck
Robert's does great work. They always take care of me whether I need my transmission rebuilt or an oil change.
