Another great service experience, even though we had an issue with the wheel lock socket, Kensi took care of everything, even stayed late so I could pick up my car. Ressler dealer service rocks!
I took my suburban into the service department for a tire rotation and oil change. Nothing was wrong with the car. When I picked it up the tire monitoring system wasn’t working. Because the appointment took 2 hours instead of the one hour I was told I was late for another appt. And didn’t have time to address it right then but i called and was told to bring it back in when I can to be fixed.
