this visit was for a simple oil change. I was lucky enough to have arrived at a good time and did not wait too long. As was the case last time I was in, they did not have cross reference of my service through the Ressler Service Center last year, and so recommended I get all fluids flushed - again! I sugggested they make a note or connection of the services.
Overall, quicklube does a good job. They could be a little more thorough when calling about recommended services (they recommended a transmission service even though it had been done recently at Ressler).
