Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. People kindly greeted me and I even got to speak with the owner for a while. Since this was a service appointment, I mostly interacted with Clifton (service writer) and it was warm and friendly experience. I felt cared for and he engaged me in polite conversation. The nice young man that helped me showed me the GM program and that U had credits enough to pay for by service call that day. he was so patient and kind as was all the staff . They made sure i was comfortable offering coffee or water while i waited. it was a pleasant experience and seemed to make the time go by faster. I would recommend Pratts to anyone needing service or buying a car.
