Worst experience of my life, come in with my car dying and barley able to move more than 10ft asking for any kind of help for them to tell me to get bent until monday. When asked about rentals told they dont have any, when asked if I could leave it told no. The damn thing has 10k miles on it with this big of a problem and this kind of service it makes me understand why nissan is going under.
Javier is the man. Super nice, knows all about electrics. Very helpful. 10/10 would recommend. Come buy your car with him!!!
Warranty work. Took a long time for them to get the part. No callback when it came in. Service Department was all confused about when the car would be done and picked up. Sounded like a lot of miscommunication between their staff there.
