Bryan and Jose are great to work with The only place I take my corvette for service
Since I bought my car, the service department has always been awesome whether it’s routine maintenance or something more extensive. However, this last time, Jose went above and beyond, I can’t thank him enough. I had an issue with the warranty company and Jose worked with me to help resolve the issue. Jose kept me informed multiple times a day as well as reaching out to the warranty company.
Three calls to make a service appointment went unreturned. When I finally got someone on my fourth call, I mentioned I was having my Free Service that I earned when buying my car. When I checked in, I mentioned I was having my Free Service that I earned when buying my car. When my car was ready I was told I owed $135. The Free Service expired. I should have been told that at the onset. I am bombarded with emails, calls and mail trying to get me to use Sullivan O'Neill's for service and/or buy a car. Never was there a mention... read more
