Went to Carroll Cadillac and was greeted by Christian.  He was very professional and showed me a 2025 SUV CT5. Exactly what I was looking for my 1st cadi. I want to express my gratitude to Shay, Kassidy, and Ray for their exceptional customer service. Today's experience was truly outstanding. I am only rating this high because of our salesman Spencer who was fantastic. we left a deposit a year ago for a Cadillac escalade v. It was just delivered to Cavenders of Lubbock and we went to look at it and finish the purchasing of the vehicle we were told the wheels were in and emblems would be changed out they had it all but that was the way they ship all of them to dealership. we finished purchasing the vehicle and was told they would deliver the vehicle to our home the next day. I worked here for several years and watched a promising dealership crumble from poor leadership and nepotism. The management is dominated by family members with little to no relevant experience, which creates constant chaos and high employee turnover. Communication is terrible, and basic operations—like call transfers and scheduling—are routinely mishandled.
