Horrible service. I won't be back. I've never seen a service department run so poorly.
It was a frustrating experience, usually I have no problems they are great. But I made an appointment for new tires, I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours only for them to come tell me the tires didn’t arrive. They did give me a loaner but that took another hour to wait for. I was waiting all day the next day for it to be done cause I had to come down from the lake and waste more time going back and forth. I was also required.
Service was average. Arrived early for my 1 pm appointment. Was told everyone was at lunch and they would get to my vehicle when all techs returned. Vehicle was ready just over an hour later. Was told that it was recommended for an air filter, cabin air filter, and a fuel filter. Told service advisor to complete and he informed me of the charges associated with each.
