My service advisor was extremely nice and was good about calling me however I came to pick my car up after service and my check engine light was on when it wasn’t on before so my car had to stay, this is after having my car for 2 weeks on things that should really only take a day. Very courteous and professional.
Charged 225 for a general inspection before any work is even done and then 120 on top of that for another inspection to confirm which lights on the car are out. The general inspection charge was bad enough but the "light inspection", which they failed to mention would be a separate charge, didn't even find both lights that were out! They just found the one I specifically called out without finding the second!
