Little communication. Lack of listening to what issues are. Quick to say “the problem is this”, but the problem came back within 2 miles of driving down the road. Can’t get anyone on the phone. Don’t receive call backs when you leave a message. Keeping the vehicle for a long period of time despite having an appointment but not working on it.

Not good yesterday ... arrived for an appointment at 10am and was told i didnt have one ... i showed confirmation and he said that making appointments online is not always good lots of problems... i got checked and he told me 2.5 to 3 hours truck would be ready .. at 3 hours the update said service compete but in final touches..at the 4 hour mark I stood in line to find out status and there was several keys with paper work on his desk. This was pretty bad not sure what happened
