This place is hit or miss. First time I was here, immediately docked in door 14 and loaded within an hour. This time same thing except it's been 3hrs in the door and they haven't started yet
Unprofessional and inefficient operation at this location. The staff is more concerned with power struggles than actually doing their jobs. As soon as I disagreed with them, they refused to unload me, wasting my time for no reason. Thankfully, the sister building at 4800 Thunder Rd got me in and unloaded without any issues. If you have a choice, avoid this place and go there instead.
My appointment was at 11am I came at 8 am they take my load with 1 hour
Great guys, got my trailer cleaned out after unloading.
Super slow . Please don’t come to this location for pickup.
