Took my Sprinter RV in for scheduled maintenance and a software update. Worked with Andy Culver. Everything went smooth from appointment scheduling to pickup. Vehicle was ready when promised. I have worked with Andy Culver in the past and he took care of my needs again. No Issues.

I recently received service at Mercedes-Benz of Easton. My service coordinator was Mr. Andrew Weinberg. He and his entire team provide me exceptional service with my GLS 450. He listened and address my issues in a courteous and professional way. And his expert knowledge and attention to detail is why I will continue to have all my Mercedes vehicle serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Easton. It’s such a relief knowing there is a great service center that can help with any of my needs. Chris Wilkoski has been so helpful and I have happily worked with him since I bought my car last year. He is patient in answering all my questions and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule when I had to do a last minute walk-in. My husband and I will only go to the Mercedes-Benz service center because the customer service and knowledge is top notch and we know we’re in the best hands.
