I had a very disappointing experience with Mercedes of Easton’s service department. I took my 2018 C63s AMG to them. Before any repairs were approved, we clearly agreed that no software updates would be performed on my vehicle and the service advisor was well aware my vehicle was tuned and assured me that no updates will be done. Update: thank you to Jason, service manager at Easton. He reached out, listened to me, and made this right, this is an example of a caring business management. Worst experience ever. If you’re in for service, avoid Chris Wilkoski. He is very rude and far from being professional. His attitude with clients coming to service a luxury car is horrible to a point he would take it personal and not offer service, neither provides accurate information/pricings.
