After our 2026 Pathfinder RC sat in Victory Nissans shop for over 45 days trying to determine the reason for the back hatch area’s excessive cracking and popping, then damaging parts from over tightening and parking it where customers had to go and pick up their own serviced vehicles and running into our brand new Pathfinder damaging the front end. Always a great experience at Nissan Service Dept. I usually see Seneca and he always goes above and beyond to help. Very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Buying a car is great… service after the sale is extremely important. Nissan has an amazing service department.
Great service. Looks like they are going through some redesign in the waiting areas, but the service was stellar.
