Took my Camry in yesterday for oil change and state inspection. took about an hour. Russ and the rest of the service associates are all very nice and helpful and the technicians seem to do a pretty good job. Thank you for everything.
Good service
Today, I had to get a tire repaired. I called and my sales rep Nestor made me at appointment so I could get my tire looked at. When I arrived at the service department I was greeted by Jacob Fuller- service advisor. He was so kind and took care of my tire issue right away. While I was waiting I was also greeted by Ruben Velasco- one of my Toyota Family members. I also watched the service department as they are taking care of customers.
