I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this service center. I made an appointment for 7:00 am this morning to diagnose why my truck wouldn’t shift into 4wd. I dropped my truck off last night to make sure they had it first thing this morning. Around 3 pm today, I called to ask how it was going. The service advisor, Carlos, told me he wasn’t sure if they could get to it today. I asked him why, and he explained they can’t guarantee same day appointments for a diagnosis.
