I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this service center. I made an appointment for 7:00 am this morning to diagnose why my truck wouldn’t shift into 4wd. I dropped my truck off last night to make sure they had it first thing this morning. Around 3 pm today, I called to ask how it was going. The service advisor, Carlos, told me he wasn’t sure if they could get to it today. I asked him why, and he explained they can’t guarantee same day appointments for a diagnosis. Crap. Absolutely terrible. Do not take your car here. They will lie to you about what the problem is even if it's a known issue with your make/model and give you the run around about why they overcharged you for a service that did not fix the problem. Would rate 0 stars if possible.
I took my car for “shuddering “ when idle (as well as oil change and 30k mile service). Kept it for four days - told us they didn’t find anything and was working fine. Shuddering as soon as my husband turned it on at pick up. He took it back immediately- turns out they had only done the oil change and decided to clean fuel injector (which should have been part of the 30 k mile scheduled for the appt they didn’t do).
