Made appointment, was there 30 minutes earlier than appointment, took my vehicle to the back in 15 minutes from arriving. After that EVERYTHING went down hill from there. It took 2 1/2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Girl at the check in desk was rude to me when I tried to pay, she had her red phone in her hand up to her mouth talking, so I waited and went to desk around the wall and was told to go back over there who was on her phone. Brought my truck in for warranty work Jk Chevrolet did everything classic wouldn’t for me (including scheduling an appointment rather than just letting my truck sit in the parking lot). The service advisor communicated effectively and kept me up to date on status changes. Something was missed on my truck, I brought it back in and they pushed it to the front and got me in and out in the same day. Things will be missed occasionally but their response to it was first class
