I wish I had read through the reviews before going to this company. It's pretty telling to me that there are either 5 stars or only 1 on pretty much every review. I'm sure that some people had a good experience with them along the way, we certainly THOUGHT we had a good experience. The niceness of the people there does not make up for the fact that they WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU. We bought a car, upfront, in cash. I took my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee to them because it would start then shut off. They told me that they thought it was my key needing reprogrammed. I took it there either the instructions to test it if it's not the key not to work on it. After two weeks I call back because I hadn't heard anything from them. They tell me they haven't gotten to it yet. Once again I tell them not to fix anything if it's not the key.
