After having a horrible experience with Kelly Nissan service dept I drove miles away from my home to Gerald Nissan. I am glad I did. They fixed what Kelly Nissan messed up, and managed to calm me down. I was so done with dealerships- then i walked into Gerald Nissan & I found a new home. Made an appointment to fo in to get my battey checked that I purchased 25 months ago. Once i got there I was told that I need to pay $95 for the battery to be checked. I explained that I was there because I just got the battery checked. I was then told that I’d have to pay something for the battery as well. I tried to reiterate that I’m a regular customer here all the time due services. Was just asking to know an estimate of how much it may cost for a replacement and fees before they got started.
