I took my 2022 Corolla for a simple oil change, I HAD TO WAIT NEARLY 3 HOURS! Not a single rep came up to me and let me know the status of the service I BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT A WEEK PRIOR, I will NEVER bring my car here again for any service. I think Victor or whatever his name is, is an imaginary service advisor, because he did not show up NOT EVEN ONCE to apologize for the delay and update me on the status of the service. Horrible service, it does not take more than 5 hours to do an oil change. Was very disappointed.
My boyfriend brought in his car with an appt. Approached 3 times about selling his car which he told them no. Told him he had to pay today bc no more warranty which was not true. Then leaves while car is getting oil change and got about 10 calls, between texts emails etc. Cabin filter, selling his truck , sign off on this. Just do the oil change and do better!!!
