I had a wonderful experience at the service center today. I would love to give Chris, my service specialist, 12,000,000 stars. His customer service was simply the best. He is very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was genuinely interested in my questions and concerns. Chris knows how to make the customer feel seen. He probably could of convinced me to buy a new car. :) Every person at this service center was good as well. MUY PERO MUY MAL trabajo del taller y a los superiores eso no les importa justifican el mal trabajo con escusas banales el 03/28/25 le pasaron el aceite al carro Toyota RAV4 2024 de mi esposa en más del doble de la cantidad en un cambio de aceite al motor y así se lo entregaron y ella caminó casi una milla el carro empezó a echar aceite por el tubo de escape y mucho humo y cuando regresó al taller el gerente y su equipo no le dieron importancia a la gravedad del asunto , solo vamos a cambiarlo nuevamente y como si nada hubie... read more
Estamos muy disgustados en realidad decepcionados del servicio del taller NO SON CONFIABLES. Mi esposo y yo tenemos un Toyota Highlander 2026 hace 3 meses que lo compramos y está en garantía y el arreglo del problema que tiene que es de fábrica el GERENTE no lo aprobó, es decir no lo quieren cubrir eso es un fraude están inventando excusas para quitarse responsabilidades y cobrarnos algo que no nos corresponde El CARRO ESTÁ EN GARANTÍA es una injusticia
