Very poor service compared to other luxury brands. Made an appointment online. Called on the day of the appointment and they said it was not in the system. Made another appointment for later in the week. Got a notification that my appointment was missed, but this was for a pickup and return of the vehicle so how could I miss it? WILL was on time and was very professional. He completed the recall issue without incident and in very little time. I was completely satisfied.
The Service Department kept me well informed. Dropped off a loaner while they serviced my vehicle. Thomas was extremely punctual. Had a wonderful experience with the Service Department.
