Todd Fox is very friendly while also being efficient. Todd goes out of his way to make me feel like I am his only customer. He even resolved a problem created by business. Whenever I get my car serviced in the future at Germain Hyundai, I will always seek out Todd Fox.
I took my car in to get an engine diagnostic test completed and my service rep TJ took care of me. TJ represents the dealership’s service department well and I appreciate the help!

I like Germain Hyundai, but they had my car for 8 days, then it cost more than what they quoted me on the phone. But they have the best customer service.
I brought my car in to have the sunroof closed no other work to be done just to have the sunroof closed not only is the sunroof not closed but they charged me Almost $250 to tell me that I need $8000 worth of work for my sunroof. I did not ask them to do any diagnostics or anything fixing the sunroof. I specifically said I need it closed and possibly the fuse disabled. So it will not open again very very unhappy. Again, it was supposed to be closed. They didn’t even put plastic and tape on it better than I had already done.
