Honestly the service department seems cold. I don’t really understand the greeter before being treated by the service writer. Once the greeter takes you into the room where the service writers are your made to wait until you get someone’s attention. The people are nice and friendly, I just get an awkward feeling just waiting there like I don’t belong.
Good service, pretty reasonable price just took a while but that’s probably cuz I had a decent amount of stuff done. Shoutout Todd, he’s a real one, very energetic and made it worth my time, what a guy.
Was in for oil change and for 2 recalls. Was done quick and easy.
I had a positive experience with Germain's service. Todd provided excellent assistance during both the check-in and check-out processes.
Always a great experience when I have service. Comfortable waiting room. The people there are so nice and always explain everything to me.
