I asked them to take a look at a tire that has been going low on air for a few months. I was told that the tire was fine, nothing wrong with it. Two days later, tire is low again. I decided to take the car to Firestone, low and behold, the tire has a puncture on it and it's not reparable. How does a dealership service miss a simple tire puncture? Did they even test it?
