Horrible communication, made an appointment to drop my vehicle off. Its wasnt looked at for 3 days. No loaners available. Answers are vague and dont really make sense. Have tried multiple times to give them an opportunity. Gets worse every time.
Cheerful service rep (a woman!) got a new battery installed and car washed in a couple of hours. If I just didn't need to pay for it . . .!! . . . 2 years later and still think their service department is great. Knowledgeable, skilled, thoughtful, friendly. Unfortunately I had to meet their body repair business, but again, good experience with the people. Just having to pay for it!!!
I took my jeep in on an insurance claim after an accident. The first thing my advisor says with an attitude is ma'am you have to get in the line and wait your turn. I told him I have an appointment to drop off my jeep for repairs. He tells me I was at the wrong building saying to go down the feeder to their collision center. I go there. They tell me I am at the wrong place to go back to the guy I just spoke with, as he was my advisor.
