I took my jeep in on an insurance claim after an accident. The first thing my advisor says with an attitude is ma'am you have to get in the line and wait your turn. I told him I have an appointment to drop off my jeep for repairs. He tells me I was at the wrong building saying to go down the feeder to their collision center. I go there. They tell me I am at the wrong place to go back to the guy I just spoke with, as he was my advisor. I had a DEF injector replaced along with an SCR. The DEF injector wasn’t installed correctly, and failed within a 1000 miles, and 800 miles from home. The dreaded limp mode left us stranded for 3 days. Due to this and 3 other unsatisfactory service visits, I can no longer recommend servicing at this location.
