I brought my vehicle in for a recall, tail lights not working related to water in the light housing; an oil change and tire rotation. They had to order a part for the tail lights so they still do not work. Safety concern and no loaner car was available so I’m driving my car and at risk of harm due to this issue they couldn’t fix timely. They were aware of the concern prior to the appointment date but they needed to diagnose the issue before ordering the part. They also suggested I get a rental car if I felt unsafe. Not ok.
One of the most wonderful places to get your vehicle serviced. Culture, communication, and everything in relation to this service center is Wonderful.
Best experience I’ve ever had, never going anywhere else!
