I was charged $47.52 for emissions testing despite my Jetta being driven only 3,697mi.for the past 366 days since last inspection. When I questioned at check out I was told policy has changed and they discounted invoice $10.00. It was obvious advisor did not communicate with tech regarding exception. On of being overcharged an exemption emissions sticker was not placed on my Jetta. Very disappointed with lack of detail!
I went in for my inspection on my vw i purchased there, would not recommend i was charged $36 for a tire rotation and my sticker fee wasn’t waved for the inspection, my coolant and washer fluid were also not topped off. Prices are getting ridiculous and my vehicle had greasy hand prints all over it.
