I would not return to VW dealership. Horrible experience, terrible customer service, and the place did not fix a warranty item correctly. They are not honoring perks that came with buying the car at their location.
Faulkner is hands down the best service center in the area. I had nothing but bad experiences until I found them. I highly recommended their services department since they have always been honest with me and said exactly what they were doing and did it. Couldn’t ask for a better relationship for my money.
As alway my Beetle runs smoothly. Eight years ago when I purchased from Faulkner, my choice for a future vintage car has paid off. The service department and mechanics are thorough and consistent with great service.My VW rides like a charm and still looks brand new.
Brought my beloved new to me jeep Eugene in for service. I was warmly greeted with smiles and welcome. My car was given a complete check up. Th service fellow explained how the car was doing in a way I could easily understand and I drove out.
