My Nissan Titan was recently serviced at Faulkner Nissan (Mechanicsburg, PA) in a very timely and professional manner. The work was top quality, which I expect from Nissan technicians, and vehicle performance has been noticeably better. Scheduling, drop-off, and pick-up were very convenient. Shelly Ross and the service staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and communication was great. I would also like to personally thank and recognize Isaac Nixon, who helped me tremendously.
