People are very nice. We waited a month for the recall part. I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t have all the parts available to complete the repair in one day
Service staff were very helpful in coordinating a warranty repair via another Infiniti dealer. Tech broke a small part during repair that they have not yet addressed though.
The lady at the front desk of the service center was one of the nicest people ever and made the experience so great! Thank you for taking care of my car.
