This place is horrible. Would never recommend them to anyone. I have a 2022 Chevy Silverado was having transmission problems so I took it to them. I bought it from them only a couple months ago. It took them almost 2 months to fix my transmission just for me to get it back and now it’s worse it red lines now. I paid for an oil change as well on the way back from Vegas the very next day my oil light comes on saying I have 8% oil life left so I check the dipstick. It was a great experience. Trish and Carla from service department. Help me out. Both have positive attitudes. And they got things done And always checked up on me and gave me an update on my vehicle when they had the chance cause I know they were so busy on Monday for the holiday.
While I arrived at the service center for regular oil change (appointment made before, not just walk-in), service advisor questioned me why's I am here for after I told my name. Which is not acceptable because service advisor should know why I was there for because I'm an appointment customer. Otherwise I was okay with other things like they did oil changed very quickly even though service advisor told that it'll take hour and half to two hours. The place is nice, clean and friendly environment.
