Evan, who was my sales man, was very accommodating he made us feel very comfortable from the minute we walked in the door, shaking his hand. Ben went above and beyond to make sure that issues with my leased vehicle were addressed, and helped to remedy what was a very stressful and frustrating situation overall (due to no fault of anyone at Coastal!). I was able to bring my car in and have it fixed quickly, and so far it is running better than ever. Thanks to Marissa and Jeff for your help and communication throughout the process.

In April, my breaks were replaced after having the brand new car for 14 months. Since April, we have been dealing with squeaky brakes. We have shown videos. We have brought our car in 4 different times all for the tech to say they “can’t replicate the noise” and that “it’s normal to hear some noise”. Every single time I brake, my brakes are squeaky.
