Coastal helped me with an emergency repair just before closing, and I am very grateful for their help and great work.

Ben went above and beyond to make sure that issues with my leased vehicle were addressed, and helped to remedy what was a very stressful and frustrating situation overall (due to no fault of anyone at Coastal!). I was able to bring my car in and have it fixed quickly, and so far it is running better than ever. Thanks to Marissa and Jeff for your help and communication throughout the process.
Just had my car serviced here this morning and worked with Ben. He met me with such kindness and patience. His kindness and care is why we choose Coastal Volkswagen! Thank you for your hard work.
