The synthetic oil change on our 2023 Nissan Versa was performed with complete professionalism; our only confusion arose when the pricing signs in waiting room were not updated in final bill, listing wipers $11 higher & oil change $16 higher, which, when pointed out were promptly corrected; otherwise Nissan Coastal continues to offer consistently high caliber service.

Service from beginning to end was very professional and efficient.
I went in with some issues with my car and George from the service department was phenomenal! He was honest and kind and that is what we need in this world. I went to 2 other Nissan dealerships feeling unheard and George made sure to listen to my concerns. I thank him because now I am able to go about repairing my vehicle!
