Great purchase experience. Fast and painless.
My family and I have a trip to Mt. Rushmore set for 7/19/14. On 7/15, I had a nail in my left rear tire and Brian and his crew fixed it on the spot. Outstanding!. It gets better. On 7/17, Onstar sends me an email saying there's an issue with stabilitrak and antilock brakes. On 7/18 at 3 pm, Brian tells me to bring it in and even though it is late on a Friday, he has the car diagnosed and road tested in 2 hours. Amazing! Absolutely first rate service and sacrifice by Brian and his crew.
For a first time Cadillac buyer I did not know what to expect. I have been in and out of many dealerships, but I have to say Motor Werks was one of the top ones I have every purchased from! From Bill my salesperson to the finance manager, it really felt like home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Cadillac!
