The worst ever!! Had a 11:45 appointment for an oil change and I arrived before my appointment. I asked would they be finished by 2pm and they said YES! They came to me at 1:50pm and said they never started but could have me out for 3pm! DONT EVER DEAL WITH BANNER CHEVROLET unless you like wasting your time and they are more expensive than the other local Chevy dealers. I rate them a -star
