I had a flat tire and fortunately found out when I got home. BMW roadside was a breeze. They were there in an hour with a flat bed and took my car to the dealer who had plenty of open times that Monday to fix my tire and wound up doing a full service which I was due for. Got a. Video of the full walk around and they accommodated a late pick up. A breeze. Thank you. I recommend the protection package. The new tire only cost the $50 deductible.
Parm was an excellent service person to work with. He went above and beyond to take care of the car and explain the service provided. The service was truly exceptional.
They immediately got my car fixed despite having a packed schedule
