Flawless service! They use a mobile phone service that texts you when the cat is ready, let’s you select what to repair, and pay all online. Very impressed!
Called parts department, person was short and rude when I asked for the part number of the product. He stated he won't give that to me. When asked for additional information, he said he didn't know what the product looks like until he opens it. That's not the customer service I expect from a Lexus Dealer.
