Got my oil filters here, very friendly service desk, highly recommend.
I just did the after break-in oil change here for an LC 500 purchased from another dealership. Wherever I purchased, they provide excellent service. They never seemed to be defensive or insulted by extra requests. It was quick and easy for a fair price. If I buy another Lexus from this location, it would probably be at least partially because of their service department.
I recently purchased a 2015 Lexus RX 450h and brought it to Lexus of Seattle for its 160,000-mile service. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. We picked up our car after it was with Lexus for an extended period. It reeks of pot. We are actually worried that someone has stashed pot in it because we picked it up earlier than expected. I am shocked that Lexus would allow this to happen. My husband is federally drug tested on a regular basis and if he got pulled over and a cop smelled the pot and detained him for suspicion of driving while impaired he would lose his job.
