We had a bit of an emergency situation at our shop where we incorrectly jumped a Lexus Rx350h, and needed to get the car fixed & back to our customers ASAP as they were heading out of town, its safe to say I was incredibly stressed. Brought my car in for servicing, and found that the service team is exemplary. They were able to provide a loaner vehicle on the spot, and were highly communicative via text and call during their inspection and follow up. They shared a video recording of the mechanical inspection from their techs for transparency. Finally, they worked with me on the best solution while being budget conscious. Very thorough, friendly and completed the work on time.
I purchased my GX from this dealership and often bring my car to this dealer to get my car serviced, so I've spent a lot of money at this place. However, the last time I brought my car in I was promised a loaner and I confirmed before I came in. I live about 25minutes away so it's a fairly long drive to get to this dealership.
