The experience is terrible. I always come here on Tuesdays. After each inspection, order the parts, but they don't schedule the next repair appointment at that time. I have to keep track of whether the parts have arrived, and if I haven't received the appointment by Saturday, I have to schedule it myself. Otherwise, I have to wait until Monday to schedule it, which means waiting an extra week! Each repair usually takes 2-3 weeks.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years and was very disappointed with my recent service. After my RAV4 service, I discovered that the cabin filter cover and damper were not reattached. This raises serious concerns about the quality of work and attention to detail.

New water pump and belt and routine service. Did not have appt. Just called and took the car in for service. Good thing, because a faulty water pump causes the engine to overheat and seize. Yay, Holman saved the day!

I’ve visited Holman Toyota three times in the last five weeks due to a clear and ongoing issue with my transmission. Each time, the service team ran the same computer diagnostic and told me everything was "within spec." Meanwhile, the issue persists—every time I shift gears, it feels clunky and delayed. I began my car hunt at this dealership with the phenomenal Paul as our sales associate. Unbeknown to me, I would be judging every future sales person based on my time spent with him. Paul was incredibly knowledgeable, straightforward and just an extremely enjoyable human to be around! We test drove 2 vehicles and Paul knew ample information to help quell my nerves.
