Disgusting predatory behavior at this shop. I am extremely disappointed at the level of dishonesty and lack of integrity at this location. My girlfriend recently got scammed here a few months ago. She went in for a wheel replacement and was told by the worker that all 4 wheels need to be replaced and they cannot replace 1 wheel only, or even just a pair. This ended up costing around $1300. We always have a great experience at Holman Toyota! The team is so friendly and efficient. We work with Don Cahall and will return to him every time we need a car - he is incredibly thoughtful, kind and really takes his time. We highly recommend reaching out to him for all your vehicle needs!!
Purchased a used car had a couple problems. I called them up. They have me bringing your car into the service center and they fixed it with no hassle. Great service. I would recommend everybody going there. Nice staff too. Had to replace the shocks on front
The experience is terrible. I always come here on Tuesdays. After each inspection, order the parts, but they don't schedule the next repair appointment at that time. I have to keep track of whether the parts have arrived, and if I haven't received the appointment by Saturday, I have to schedule it myself. Otherwise, I have to wait until Monday to schedule it, which means waiting an extra week! Each repair usually takes 2-3 weeks.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years and was very disappointed with my recent service. After my RAV4 service, I discovered that the cabin filter cover and damper were not reattached. This raises serious concerns about the quality of work and attention to detail.
