I was there Yesterday and my service advisor was Tim Ryan. Yesterday when I left the dealership after my service I didn't realize that my car had grease on the car after being taken to the car wash. So, I called this morning to let him know I was upset about it and some other questions I forgot to ask him while he was there. He was very kind helping me with everything. I would recommend him to anyone.
My service advisor, Tim, was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me with my service.
Disgusting predatory behavior at this shop. I am extremely disappointed at the level of dishonesty and lack of integrity at this location. My girlfriend recently got scammed here a few months ago. She went in for a wheel replacement and was told by the worker that all 4 wheels need to be replaced and they cannot replace 1 wheel only, or even just a pair. This ended up costing around $1300. We always have a great experience at Holman Toyota! The team is so friendly and efficient. We work with Don Cahall and will return to him every time we need a car - he is incredibly thoughtful, kind and really takes his time. We highly recommend reaching out to him for all your vehicle needs!!
Purchased a used car had a couple problems. I called them up. They have me bringing your car into the service center and they fixed it with no hassle. Great service. I would recommend everybody going there. Nice staff too. Had to replace the shocks on front
