I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received. I requested a headlight bulb replacement during my last service, and despite being told the part was ordered, no one has reached out to me since. I have followed up multiple times but received no response whatsoever. Frankly, I find this lack of communication and follow-through unacceptable, especially considering the premium service Holman Toyota provides. I was concerned about coming here, as many of the more recent reviews weren't favorable. But my car had a recall and this dealer was closest. I have to say it was a decent experience. Upon arrival I met with my advisor who took my info. I ahd been told it might take up to 2.5 hours to complete the work, but I was driving home 90 minutes after arriving. Car was clean. All in all, a fine experience.
I’ve been waiting for two and a half hours today to get my car maintenance done. They explained that they were having a BBQ, and I’m fine with that as long as the job gets done. But two and a half hours? I couldn’t wait any longer. I went to the front desk to ask about my car and saw my key just lying there on the desk, but NO one had come to call me! I was so frustrated.
I wont be there anymore, they are not polite and professional
I was told that I will get ride to & fro free as a part of service , most of time I always sit and wait this time I decided to go home which was only 4 miles away . Instead of waiting for 1&1/2 hour . I got ride home and while coming back they cancel ride 3 times waiting outside . I had to walk to the service center when I said I have complain they said sorry .
