$180 labor to replace two headlights. Waited 2 hours. Never again. Update: after 2 days, several texts and follow-ups in which I never felt certain things were on the level, I have received a partial refund.

Absolutely disgusted by this service department. We took a vehicle in - under warrantee - with a check engine light. We made an appointment for it. What a joke! They have had it for five weeks. They have never initiated contact with us about the status. Each time when we call, we are told they are working on it "as we speak". FIVE WEEKS! Twice we've been promised a call from the manager. Twice he never called. I am now on my way to a lawyer to force them to repair the car or pay for someone else to do so.
We were on our way through south bend and our check engine light came on. Heather was speedy and cheerful. She read our codes and helped us figure out we'd left our gas cap loose. No more check engine light and we're safe to get to indy. Thank you!!
I stopped in for an emergency situation a couple of weeks ago. Thought I possibility broke frame on my truck in all the snow. Heather was wonderful and got me right in so the technician could lift it and verify. Thankfully just need some rear shocks! So thankful they could fit me right in.
