Being told to read the contract and go to a competitor to get service is horrible customer care. I for sure will make this known. Learn to take care of your customers or you will have none.
Terrible service. Vehicle was taken in several times and never repaired properly. Then was told not to take it back there and to go to Tyler’s in Nile’s for service. Guess I’ll be buying from Tyler’s too!
Scheduled to have my 2014 Sonata in for a diagnostic (to check my hybrid battery). While it was there they said they would take care of the recalls as well. An estimate was sent to me on some repairs that needed done and I approved two of them . I dropped my car off on 9/3 at 5:30pm so they would have it first thing the next morning. I wish I could rate this a ZERO. My car was there for 2 weeks. When I went to to pick my car up, I paid, they pulled my car in and when I looked inside the car had clearly been vandalized. The person who pulled my car in didn't notice this? There's noone that looks at the car before I'm told it's ready to pick up? The response even from the service manager was Oh sorry we've had a rash of break ins. REALLY???
