I recently took my 2024 Nissan Altima in for maintenance at Downtown Nashville Nissan, assuming the service would be fully covered under my warranty. Unfortunately, no one properly explained that I would be responsible for over $300 in charges. I was under the impression the service was covered, and nothing was communicated to me beforehand.
