Absolutely one of the worst automobile dealerships I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life, and I say that as the son of the director of AAA and the nephew of the head the Michigan automobile dealers association. my father was behind dealerships such as Crippin and Story and was highly respected in the automobile industry in this city. I brought my Honda Odyssey in for a few services (B134) and over the phone I was quoted a price. However, after the services were completed it was $1,000 more. Apparently I was not quoted the whole price just one of the services. Reese never communicated the total price until after the job was done. This was truly terrible.
Some basic decency training is needed for certain individuals at the Okemos Honda service department when interacting with customers. Rude and unprofessional behavior.
