I brought my Honda Odyssey in for a few services (B134) and over the phone I was quoted a price. However, after the services were completed it was $1,000 more. Apparently I was not quoted the whole price just one of the services. Reese never communicated the total price until after the job was done. This was truly terrible.
Some basic decency training is needed for certain individuals at the Okemos Honda service department when interacting with customers. Rude and unprofessional behavior.
It was time for preventive maintenance on our CRV. Humam could not have been more helpful in explaining and arranging. He's very personable and went far beyond anything I expected in the service department. He's a great representative for Capital Honda.
