I purchased a 2024 Accord Hybrid and promptly put 70k miles on it. The sales experience was great, but I have been consistently impressed with the service experience since the first service appointment I had, and the service representative (Humam) has been the biggest part of that. Absolutely one of the worst automobile dealerships I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life, and I say that as the son of the director of AAA and the nephew of the head the Michigan automobile dealers association. my father was behind dealerships such as Crippin and Story and was highly respected in the automobile industry in this city.
