Called 3 days ago to get a quote to get a transmission serviced on my Cadillac ATS, “ we will have them call you back right away, they said “ crickets! Never heard anything back… guess I’ll take my business elsewhere..

I am very disappointed with the lack of reliability and communication from Baker Cadillac Service Department. I scheduled two appointments for them to pick up my car for service, and they failed to show up both times. The first time, they attributed the missed date to a 'computer glitch'. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. I even received a confirmation text stating they would arrive at a specific time on 11/29, so I stayed home again to ensure they could pick up the car. Unfortunately, they didn’t show up... read more
