Matt and crew were very helpful and professional helping me get a new tire.
It was my first service for Q5 since I purchased from the same dealership. Quite disappointed with the level of knowledge by the service advisor on very basic things. First time that I have owned an Audi, but the service dept in comparison to Benz (next door) or Lexus who I have used for many years is very poor when it comes to being friendly, raising customer awareness in simple things like what the safety recall update was about and what was actually done?
