Not impressed, rude service team
I brought my Audi in or should I say my Heidi in because I was told by a mechanic (not from Audi) that my car needed to have major work done. I called Flatiron Service Department and explained to Anthony and Blayne everything that was communicated to me. Flatiron Audi service was flexible and was able to fit me in that day and sent me home with a loaner vehicle which was a 2025 Audi! I wasn't even there long, it was like 15 minutes! Excellent service from my advisor on my A4!! I will be back!
Disappointed with our experience at this locations service department. We’ve found many new scratches on our nearly brand new RS5 and the service manager was condescending towards my wife when she brought them to his attention. If you have a vehicle you care about, I’d recommend finding another location/repair center, we’ll be taking our 2 Audi’s elsewhere.
I rarely leave reviews, but my service experience here has been useless. They put in minimal effort in trying to diagnose a problem I had. And then when I followed up with the service advisor over email he responded that he'd loop in the warranty team and after that when I followed up again I was ghosted. If you can, take your Audi to Audi Denver/Parker (McDonald dealership) - they actually care enough to try to fix your problem.
