Andy Clifford was more then helpful! Dude deserves a raise i walked in looking for what I thought to be a very very expensive coolant bypass hose due to it being pressurized also not knowing where I will even find the correct coolant but andy like an absolute GOAT walked into the back with just the knowledge of a bypass hose for a b9 a4 (i had my part number ready if needed but it wasnt) he let me inspect the part as long as I needed while conversing normally on top on upselling me the correct fluid so I can have total peace... read more
Horrible service man. Spoke with (Josh?) and it’s like these people are trained to dismiss you. Audi quality has taken a downfall and everyone in Boulder wishes the dealership was open because it was the ONLY decent place to get service. Dismissed me before I even had the chance to mention the full. Ignorant & lazy are the words I’d used to describe employees at every Audi dealership I’ve been to. Had fantastic service from Josh and Blayne at Audi Flatirons. Couldn’t have asked for more from them being a first time Audi owner. They have my trust for future service visits and would recommend them to anyone. They went above and beyond!!
You can always count on the service team here at Flatirons. Service is fast and friendly. The waiting area is nice and they offer Lyft. Pricing on tires is very good. And they had the parts in stock.
