TLDR: I was offered a comped oil change at 40% oil life by service advisor and was told details were put into system. Nothing on file when I arrived and unable to get service. I was lied to and wasted my time. So much for taking a business for their word. Called the Service department to find out what my options were for an oil change. No integriity! I drove 3 1/2 hours one way to buy a new Honda Accord. I talked to the dealer several times on the phone prior to my appointment to get the otd price, which they gave me only to be lied to several times. They tack on $2500 worth of fees for bs and claim they can’t take it off.
