I hired this company to fix a leak, but they did not resolve the issue. They came out, did absolutely nothing, and then sent me an invoice for $498. I had to bring in another company to properly fix the problem. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. As a General Contractor with over 76 properties across multiple cities, including four in Jasper, I expect better service. I have used these gentlemen a couple of times when i bought my home. Prompt, courteous and very, very professional. My problems were fixed and have not had issues since. They were familiar with my home, they had been here in the past with previous owners which is a plus for me. They answer any and all questions and offer advice if requested. Hopefully wont need a plumber anytime soon but if i do absolutely will only use these guys!!! Pricey but dependable and quick to arrive for service. I've used them a couple times for repairs and install. No problems with them.
