Service by Rich took a whole month to eventually fail entirely to fix my dishwasher, referring me back to Bosch for a total replacement. I first contacted SbR on June 2, 2020 for a dishwasher that was returning an error code and unclean dishes. After some online research I determined that my dishwasher wasn't reaching proper temperature. I assumed it was the heating element. Had a issue with Bosch dishwasher. Rich pointed out we had wrong plug and advised how to get the right one. Even installed dishwasher correctly because builder’s goon did not. Thank you Rich!!
