I checked with multiple local Euro repair shops to fix a problem with my E350. Nick immediately pointed out a failure common to the M276 engine that other shops didn’t even mention. He thoroughly explained what the job entailed, whether parts options were available, and scheduled a time drop it off for a diagnostic. Not only has Max taken my car in since Mercedes started charging me through the roof. He has been honest and so knowledgeable! I feel like I can fully trust him and yesterday I showed up to a clean car after my service….for a busy woman like me those little things a difference🥹! I still can’t get over it this morning. I’m so grateful.
